Experience
Professional & Educational Journey
At 20, I’ve built experience across diverse industries – from high‑end hospitality at prestigious venues like Lords and Henley, to hands‑on van conversion work in Sydney’s fast‑paced custom manufacturing environment. My year at Vanable exposed me to the full product lifecycle, from design and manufacturing to customer relationships and business operations, while managing inventory systems and implementing industrial engineering principles. This practical foundation complements my current focus on developing VanCore, where I’m learning to coordinate freelancers, manage complex hardware and software development, and navigate the challenges of bringing innovative products to market. Whether serving as deputy head of house during my final year at boarding school, coaching rugby teams, or balancing full‑time work with university studies, I’ve consistently demonstrated the ability to take on responsibility, lead teams and deliver impact across projects requiring both analytical thinking and people skills. My diverse background has developed strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and the confidence to tackle complex projects that span multiple disciplines – from electronics and manufacturing to business strategy and people management.
